  Whenever there is laughter in any environment you know people are having a great day. In my experience with the TEAM at Regency Downs Store I've found them to be very courteous, friendly, helpful and there for a good laugh. I've seen people exchange laughter and big smiles on their faces. Could it be they love the food or the atmosphere. I'm sorry someone had a bad experience the other day.
  
  I recall a story where there was a situation on a train where there was no laughter but a lot of noise and agitation. The story is about a gentleman who was on a train and he noticed there was a man with his children who looked as though they were out of order not really been reprimanded by the man they were with. The gentleman decided to speak up and said to the gentleman .... "Excuse could you please do something about your children? "
  
  The man replied ... "I'm so sorry I should have been paying attention to my children. We've just come from the hospital and about an hour ago their mother just passed away. I'm also coming to grips myself."
  
  The man who told the story said he had experienced a paradigm shift and came up with the phrase ... "Seek to understand so you could be understood."
  
  The man who told this story has helped millions of people around the world to understand that life can throw us challenges and he demonstrated his point by taking a pen and drew a dot on the board and asked 100 students to describe what they could see. Most of the students saw a dot. One boy said this. "Sir I see a whole white board with a little dot on it."
  
  The man then went on to say "Well done young man. We all have a dot on our board and that dot does not paint a just picture."
  
  I'm writing this review because I'm excited about the changes that has and is been made by the TEAM.
